Lol, I wouldn't even know how to block someone. And wouldn't have no reason to. How would I "unblock" somebody?

Top of the page hover over "profile":
Click "account settings"
Hover over "Modify Profile"
Click on "Personal Messaging"
In the "Receive personal messages from" choose who you want to receive messages from
Make sure all other options on page are the way you want them, then click on "Change profile"
