As with any new system, there will be questions as we refine the Online Registration for SAAC-43 with Motorsportreg.
We will post answers to questions and hiccups right here, as they are reported to SAAC HQ.
Please report any errors you encounter to pitcrew@saac.com
Question came into us about how to register additional guests (i.e, wife, friend, etc) on one invoice...
Easy... once you complete your own registration... go to the checkout step....

Click below your total, as shown..and locate the button for "Add another person..."
Then, enter the next guest's info, as required...

That will keep extra guest details on one invoice to check out.
I did not see where I could select my run group choice during registration.
How/where do I select that group before the event?
Or- who do I contact to inform them of my preferred run group?
Thanks.
How do I apply a NorCal SAAC track day DISCOUNT CODE during the check out?
I have a $200 Track Day discount certificate and would like to redeem it for this event.
Also ditto on the run groups, the download information guide states you will be assigned to a run group by the information you provide.
"If you register for the open track in advance, you will be assigned a run group by the information that you provide"
No where did I find a place to list my track days/school days or competition experience
Thank you
I have reg'd but my pit crew has changed. How do I *add* a T-shirt to my registration to make sure I get the one/size I'm looking for?
I don't want to "change" my reg, I want to add the T-shirt to it.
Thanks.
This new system is a pain in the ass

While NorCal is assisting with the event, it isn't a NorCal event, rather a SAAC National, thus the cert will need to be saved for the next NorCal track day which would be either in October for the Fall Classic at Thunderhill or the Turkey Blast in November at Laguna Seca
Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it to SAAC-43. I registered long ago, and don't know
how to make a cancellation/refund. May I have the details, please? Thanks.
Sent in my cancellation request. Please take lots of pictures of SAAC-43 so I don't totally miss
out! Thanks.
Will one be able to register at the gate at the racetrack on Friday?
It doesn't look like the event organizers monitor this forum very much.
I'm not sure where else you could ask your question.
Me and my bud Steve are all set up for SAAC 43. Got our hotel, got our registration, got our flights. Were not even 50 freakin years old yet but we like hanging out with all of ya old geezers ;D. It's our 3rd convention in a row. "Party on" emoji.
QSS
I registered -- but what do I get for registering?
I've checked here, Motorsports Reg, the SAAC site and with my wife.
At least my wife gave me something -- an unprintable answer.

I got an Event Receipt, but can't remember from where :-[ I might have printed it from Motorsport Reg.
I got an emailed receipt too.
Am I to assume it gets me into the event for all 3 days? Maybe a T-shirt? Some adult entertainment at the host hotel?

This question is still as relevant as the day I posted it a couple of weeks back.
Nobody is in the wheelhouse here...
Probably best to send an email to one of these people.

Thanks. Just shot them an email

There is a 'buy a single ticket' (for some reason buying a ticket is called 'registration') on a daily basis for $25/day.
However, if you use the Offline PDF version of registration (http://www.saac43.com/files/blankreg-1.pdf) it says something quite different:
"*** Note: There is one registration price for the
entire weekend. No daily tickets are being offered"

So if I have a neighbor and a co-worker who I was going to mention this event to- they have to buy tickets to come see me at the track?
I was going to print out my registration before the event and it looks like i need to do something to accommodate my brother in law. He will be with me for the entire event. I already have meal ordered this is just so he can get in and out of the track easily and be a passenger doing track time. What do I have to do so he signs up once and not have to register every day? . Past events he would just sign in at the gate. I guess this is different this year. Thanks
