In the ad "HOW TO MAKE AN ITALIAN CRY" are those '65 side stripes? The center stripe appears to be above the bottom door line and the 0 in 350 seems to have no stripe between it and the door line?

I think that's 5S319 mocked up to look like a 1966 for the ad.
