I did a search but didn't find anything ,my shop is finishing up some small details in the engine bay before i bring it home & i wanted to know are all these bolts around the hood latch supposed to be all silver like on this picture and what about the actual striker ,all silver or should everything be black thanks.

The bolts would be the same finish as the fender and inner fender bolts - Phosphate and oil. The latch striker would

Thanks & which of these 2 bolts if any is considered a phosphate & oil finish ,I'm assuming the silver ones right ? For fender bolts & hood latch

The silver one looks like someone has painted it with "cast blast" to me. That is not the desired look. The darker one is probably manganese phosphate because it is so dark. Typical zinc phosphate is somewhere in between the two. Regardless ether the manganese phosphate or zinc phosphate -and oil is what was used on the fenders and various other fasteners meant to be phosphate and oil. A medium gray (however you get there ;) ) is what I have typically found on SJ cars for whatever reason.
