Title: 68 GT350 Holley Carb Spacer Dimensions
Post by: Corey Bowcutt on December 14, 2020, 11:05:02 AM
I am trying to make a carb spacer with the stainless steel nipple for the PCV valve.  I am hoping someone out there has one off their car that they can take some dimensions for me.  Can anyone get me dimensions A, B C and D as shown in the attached picture.

Thank you,

Corey

A .08515
B (couldn't tell exactly where you are measuring to so I went to center of bulge)  1.2625
C Because of B I did overall measurement so use this minus B to get your C  1.6155
D .5475

Your measurement of .500 actually measured .515

Tim,

Was "A" supposed to be .8515 not .08515?

Are using a 3D printer for this?

I was able to find a spacer on Ebay but it came without the stainless tube.  Luckily it did have the slot in the edge to accommodate the tube which I did not even know until the spacer arrived.  So I was able to make my own tube to bond into the spacer.  I think it turned out real well.  I now have the tool used to put a bead in the end of 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" diameter tubing.

Nice job!  ;)

That tube should have been pinned in place originally. It's tough to keep it in place.
