What is the correct part # for the brake light switch on a 1966 GT350?
For future searches, is the switch the same part # on both 1965 and 1966 GT350s?

Either of these are correct for both 65 and 66...

Ford C5AZ-13480-D (Autolite SW-521)
Ford C9ZZ-13480-A (Motorcraft SW-863)

I believe C7ZZ-13480-B is also correct.

I called Virginia Mustang and ordered the brake light switch and they sent me a Scott Drake switch with part #C9ZZ-13480-A, which is one that S2MS listed above. The packaging references 65-66/67-70 Manual Brake Switch. It took some patience to get it installed but the brake lights are working perfectly now.
I highly recommend taking 5 minutes and removing the front seat to make climbing under the dash easier and WAY more comfortable.
