Miles (?) and CS. Doesn't look like a happy day.

Car on the left looks French or maybe British.

Thanks for posting ! I'm pretty sure that's a British Ford transit van on the left, as for location, if it's Europe, I would guess Monza,

or maybe at Le Mans ?

1966 24-Hours of Le Mans....no Ken Miles or Carroll in the initial photo posted, but the gentleman in the red jacket is Alan Mann.
