And most of them are RED last i counted 16 red vintage shelbys between BJ and mecum fl. Nate and I are going to both auctions to thaw out haha.

The funny thing about all the cars....and I know maybe some are not members, if they just listed them here and put a realistic price on them here on SAAC, they would have sold them by now and saved commissions and "other" fees, and maybe even got straight cash! GONE!
I am just looking at 67's but its also funny that the lime green probably is the original color and the black one is a moss green car.....COLOR MATTERS except when you have it...then it is wrong. LOL

Somewhere done the line they repainted my GT350 from Wimbledon white to Red with White stripes.
Must have been a period in time where everyone had the same idea.

70 GT500.Grabber Blue to Red December of 1989
1969 M-code Mach1 white to red 1987. Black Shaker car don't know the original color but was a Cleveland 4 speed car built off of a 6 cylinder T coded car with a 69 Camaro 12 bolt posi in it. Don't ask, I bought it that way.
Shelbyman1970---- nice selection of rides ----love all the red.....
just looked at some old paperwork as curious and seems that the repaint to red took place in 1994.
Late 80's early 90's seem to be all about red.

Saw his car in person.....great workmanship
I was supposed to be there. You have to cancel a month before the auction to get a refund. That was the week they postponed several NFL and NBA games. This year and last are the only two I've missed in about 15 years.
I really wanted to see that car in person. I guess it's true that quality cars still bring the money.

I usually tape the auctions and fast forward. There was one car where Joy(think it was him) said was a world record during the Sat auction. I don't know how he would know that. I have never seen a GT350 vert bring what yours did but there are private sales and such. I remember many years ago I was privy to 2 black 70 Cougars finding new homes for what I thought easily would have been world records at their time(G and R-codes).
