Seems high numbers for frame markings . Can anyone explain the higher numbers?
What you posted fits the identified pattern seen over and over again on San Jose built 65's and 66's. Likely were thousands of the fender hooks and since they did not use all the numbers from 0-9 the numbers used in the patterns were used more often than if they used all the numbers from 0-9
