How long once opened do I have to drink all three gallons before it spoils ?
Two but no more than three days, I have to drink this really fast
But if left in its natural state , the coconuts could keep for months

It doesn't spoil it ferments which makes it much better. I imagine running it through that backyard still will make it "still better"😁
Is fermented coconut water alcoholic?
Fermented coconut water is safe to drink, and is slightly alcoholic. Everything that's fermented can be alcoholic, but it usually has a small percentage, anywhere from 0.1-0.7%.
Fermented coconut water has a slightly sour-sweet and fizzy flavor and taste, similar to that of champagne. The longer the liquid will be left to sit and brew, though, the stronger it'll become.

It's great that you have introduced him to different foods. Unfortunately today lots of parents take the easy way out, buy a burger, fries and a soda.
Children are more likely to have a varied and balanced diet later in life if they are introduced to a variety of foods, tastes, and textures during weaning and in early childhood. They won't be shy to try anything.
