Is anyone going to this years Ford Carlisle?
Seems like it's dominated by later model Shelbys, not that they are bad cars just would like to see some more of the early model cars.
This year it has a special Shelby Display
I will be attending without #6s689(still being restored). Will you be there with your Hertz?
I will be there with my 68 GT350. I will be in the Featured Vehicle building. Stop in and say hi.
Corey
Yes I'll be with Corey in the T building Shelby display with my car
I am vending in the flea market - Spaces B1 to B6, just inside gate 2. Expect to have up to four '66-'68 Shelbys on display for sale. Plus a nice big tent to escape the sun or rain, as the case may be!
Bill
I will stop by and see you steve. I used to own 6s1855. I haven't located your original block yet.

You have seen the future. $200,000 early cars have for the most part been relegated to museums and private collections. When you take into account that there are well over 100,000 "new" Shelby's it's not unusual that those 30-80,000 cars are what you are seeing.
I will be attending with my 66 hertz car . BLK and gold .
Are you in the Shelby Special display?
No just the Show field . But first the Indy 500 Trip .
Stop by and say hi
On my way to Carlisle.
looks great, have too much fun!
I visit the Ford Nationals, without a Mustang😉 Hope to meet you👋🏼
Corey, I see you're back to the restored hubcap look. Can't wait to see the car
Anybody at Carlisle should stop by and see Corey's 68 GT350, its a great car and is slowly heading towards "perfection"

We should arrive between 12:30-1:00 tomorrow
I'll be walking around in one of my Cougar Skeleton t-shirts, so say "hey!" and introduce yourself if you see me.
Safe travels everyone!

I am in the T building so if anyone sees me sitting by my car be sure to introduce yourself.
As you can see Lime Gold is very popular today.
Car looks great Corey! Have a good show and safe travels.
Terry
Looks like I'm in this year , I'll try to stop and say Hi ;)
To everyone who bought a car the Shelby display a big "Thank You". The cars were just awesome.
I heard it was the largest show in Carlisle's history and traffic of people walking through the building seemed verify that. I also have to say that everyone there were some of the nicest people I've ever run into at a car show. It seemed like everyone was an old friend and while I ran into some old friends I know I made some new ones.
It was great seeing so many neat Shelbys all in one place
Again thanks to the folks at Ford Carlisle for putting in a great show
Very nice to get to meet you Steve - your display looked great!
Yes, very well attended show. We had over 50 Mercury Cougars there - an unusually high # for a non-Nationals show.
Best weather I can remember ever at a Carlisle show.
- Phillip
there was an awesome 1970 Boss 302 Cougar up on the hill and i saw 2 GTE (68 427) cars. A really great display of cars
I guess you weren't there on Thursday went the rain came through. It rained so hard it sounded like rocks hitting the building, but you we're right about Friday through Sunday those days were awesome. Just couldn't get around to see all the cars
Hat's off to Carlilse Events for a great show
Thanks for coming up to see the Cougars.
The highlight for me was the very original, 4 speed, XR7-G.

It was to my surprise the amount of Cougars with 4 speeds that were in the show, Great event indeed. Also how many nice cars had their distributors installed incorrectly ( vacuum advance touching the pvs ) It's not that hard to get it right.
