Owner states the car has a dealer installed 428SCJ engine under warranty on a 428CJ car.....

And what say you?.....never heard of such....and the dealer went to the trouble to install the oil cooler under warranty too...

I call BS on that claim. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

here is what the Registry says..... dealer installed drag pack at bottom of description.... so was this owner reported? There are no dealer warranty records apparently as all warranty work is stated at top

yes that's what was told to SAAC Registrar/me, "but no proof was supplied"! and yes the warranty records above that statement do "not" show a 428 scj install?

Stu I met the original owner of one of the 34 68.5 verts. He had a SCJ put in it under warranty in 1969. Very low mile car with original paint, top, interior. Actually a VERY cool car. This was 2009. Yes, it was a SCJ under the hood. He argued when he blew up the CJ to get a SCJ in it's place and got it. I understand in this case there is no warranty work showing a replaced engine but it doesn't mean it wasn't done as all records are not exact from what I have been told.
