Very cool.Thanks!!!
I don't know if this one qualifies as a special edition ? I think it was a one off. The info I have sez it was a parade car built by Galpin Ford.
I'm sure Coralsnake will know ?
I think I have something on Galpin Specials, let me look...

The first Mustang my parents bought was a 1966 with a "California" package. 6 cyl, wire wheel hubcaps & whitewalls, chrome air cleaner top, 2 tone interior w/console, C pinstripe. The second my sister bought a 68 GT/CS.
I would love it if someone could add any of the special nameplates to the thread
I believe this is from '67 "Ski Country Special" Mustangs (the package might have been on other models as well ?) sold in the Denver area ?
Coralsnake ?

Might be getting off the subject of special editions, but this contest from "TUSSY" Lipsticks offered three '67 (is that a '66 shown in the ad ?) Mustangs in your choice of colours.

Looks like standard hubcaps.
Here's a tighter image of that Mustang from the Tussy ad.
