I am in the middle of the US in a major city but always one the last to get mine and I'm on pins and needles waiting and wondering if enough time has gone by to bother Jay or not. I think they just like to tease me with it out in limbo. ;D

It's the way the USPS works. If there's a plan, no one can figure it out. Here, the local PO sends it out immediately as soon as they have it. It appears to be issues with the distribution centers.

I had one "package" get sent back to the sender twice. A two day delivery turned into a ten day delivery. Apparently the USPS is a big employer of challenged people or/and incompetent computers?

I am looking for the the person who took a picture of my car on track . Its on page 299 , article written by Rick Kopec . Its in the middle of the page 1967 fastback white with blue strips . # 93 .

A few years back I went and asked at the local post office (Lansing Illinois). The clerk told me the Chicago post central office for "periodicals" was the Aurora IL post office. So, I wrote a nasty letter the the postmaster there. I kind of threatened to report this the my senator. Durbin is the Senator's name. They come a little sooner since.

It seems that almost no one in Canada has received their annuals.
Let's give this a couple of weeks before doing anything else.
In the mean time, there is always the electronic version for your reading pleasure.
