Title: 55 Years of Mustang at Charlotte Motor Speedway and Mustang Owner's Museum
Post by: BGlover67 on December 16, 2018, 12:12:39 PM
Who plans on attending this event?  We aren't planning an official SAAC Carolina's event at this venue, but it would nice if members could meet up and show everyone the strong Shelby presence here in the Carolinas.

55 Years of Mustang at Charlotte Motor speedway and the Mustang Owner's Museum.  Open Track, Show, exhibits, seminars, parade laps and Saturday night banquet, plus an April 18 attempt to break the Guinness World Record for a Mustang parade on existing roads within CMS.  Also, the Mustang Owner's Museum will officially open on April 17, 2019 (Mustang Day) with a welcome party and the Museum's Hall of Fame inductions.

April 17-20, 2019, Charlotte, NC

I'll be there. As one of the early charter members, I will have a brick displayed in the walk to the building.

Here's a couple more.  The '67 has many Tour stickers on it and the 66 might have been local.    Anyone know the owners?

That Lime Gold '67 GT500 gets around. I think the paint will buff out nicely. (#2800)
