if you are looking for a date coded then you are probably needing one that has FoMoCo on it.

I believe the sequence was '67's started with the FoMoCo, later in '67 the AUTOLITE and much later - well after '67 the MOTORCRAFT.

Brian, sorry I'm not sure enough to post a reply, these dang '67's have so many running-changes (this one is a Ford not a Shelby change) that it's hard to keep track, as you know being a fellow '67 guy.

Bob G, or Jeff S (or a number of other guys Randy, Marcus and a host of others) may be a better one to answer this time line question.

Trying to remember if Marcus Anghel has done one of his great summary's on Distributors?

Approximately Jan /Feb 67 would be my best guess.
