I don't remember seeing the markings on the lug nut tear drop end like pictured in auction . My first guess is that is is a made up part with a end cut from a 4 way and riveted on a handle . Just not for positive.

I don't think it is a cut down 4 lug wrench, it would be pretty hard to duplicate the flat end at the rivet. I thought it might be a Corvette, but in doing more research they all have one or three holes in the center of the handle. I have seen the raised "0" on the lug end on other Ford and GM lug wrenches.
