Title: Shelby sighting in Minnesota
Post by: OldMil on February 05, 2019, 04:48:05 PM
A friend of mine spotted this 68 350 in Minnesota January 28th...Anyone on the site that can claim it?  Looks like a fairly original, clean car!

Hi Pete,   It was seen in Baldwin, Wisconsin. The truck and trailer had Minnesota plates.  I have the plate numbers.  The car itself has a Minnesota collector plate and a plate bracket that says "Calico Kid".

Judging from the dirt stain on the front right tire, it's been sitting on at least one flat tire.

Looks to be in quite good shape.

There was a time when mud flaps would have been beneficial.  I used to carry a scraper to clean off the lower rear quarter panels after a night out.  Bias ply tires were a joke!
