trying to get a Marti Report for 67410F4A01867.   They want the FoMoCo VIN also which is not on the Shelby.  Dont want to take the fender off or drill out the rivets.

Suggestions...?  I thought Shelby took off the Ford VIN in 1967...  ?

Take off the coil spring cover, you can see the Ford VIN from underneath. If difficult to read backwards, do a Pencil rubbing.

They were to remove the one on the drivers' door.

As suggested try looking up under the front wheel wells on both sides and see if the Ford VIN is visible from underneath, it may be hard to read.  Some use a mirror once/if they find it or clean the area(s) to help read them, they will be in reverse.

Isn't there also a VIN# Stamped on the Passenger side under the Fender Lip that can be read by removing the Top Fender Bolts and pulling out on the Fender to see it?

Yes - that is what was meant by both sides

If the owner/representative will let you clean the area off then give them both (sides) a scrubbing then take a bunch of pictures from different angles (both camera and lighting). You can then play with the best picture - flip it horizontally in one of the photoshop like programs to make out the numbers and letters

Play-Doh transfer doesn't work as well from the reverse side as it does from the top but it can capture some of the digits if need be. Better option for Trans and engine VINs at times due to camera access
