Title: Shelby Model
Post by: 69bosssvt on June 05, 2019, 07:59:00 PM
The man I hired to head up the restoration of my CJ cars(and a challenger) Told me Friday he had something for me...usually that is not a positive news item...However when he got to work today he calls me to come back to the Resto shop hands me this...he says " it's been kicking around my house for about 40 years and I figure if I was gonna assemble it that thing would have been done by now..."
Since you've got one I thought you might like to have it....SWEET!

I collect the Shelby GT350 500,Cobra ,GT40 etc. models un built in boxes so it is cool to see what one looks like done. That model kit came with a paint set which is unusual for models to have included . When I occasionally see those for sale they typically have the paint set missing too.
