Does anybody have a mid 60s MPC that would cover large for trucks like F450 etc.? I’m looking for the part number of the emergency brake lever boot. It should be what was used on the 66 350 offset traction bars
-
I think you know somebody that does 🤪
-
Not sure what group # is
-
I think the part number was in one of the old Marque magazines.

Tim, there are over 100 boots in the ford truck master parts catalogue for under base numbers 2a713, 7242, and 7277 for f500, f600, c-f-t750,f900, and f1000. there was no f450 but the f250 and 350 had the pull handle under the dash. the f500 through f1000 had 4 different park brake configurations with the "orschlein" type being the most common but it was dependent on the transmission type as to how the park lever was configured. call me for more info on what you need. I have every ford parts book for cars and trucks from 1925...john brown

Found this on a 2014 message on Concours Mustang - Not sure how accurate it is since it's a 67 part number. http://www.concoursmustang.com/forum/index.php?topic=8062.0
Steve,
Yes, the P/N is: C7TZ-2A713-C, Brake Lever Boot. I have them on my carryover car. They work great, sealing off this area, and
they make it look finished, like a factory installation.
They are obsolete, very hard to find, so if you have a pair, you are lucky.

Yes those are very different from assembly line

I am glad you figured that out . I was responding to the reply #5 poster who offered it as a alternative.
