Post by: SChatman on August 10, 2019, 04:45:45 PM
I have one door glass that has come out of the channel, any suggestions on how to glue it back?
Thanks

Clean out all the old gunk in the channel.  Go to an Auto Paint supply store, the place that mixes it and only sells auto paint stuff.  There is a 3M brand glue in a caulk gun to use.  Once I did that, my windows never got loose again

I believe CR Lawrence still sells the friction tape that holds the glass in the channel they also will have glues for glass

I am guessing this is the stuff you used.  Regardless, I used this product and it did the job.

I used same stuff. It's two tubes that mix as you pull the trigger. It is specifically for glue in glass. Rick
