Hi Kent -

Carroll Shelby Engine Company builds all the motors. We only sell completed in-the-crate CS engines.

Bill DenBeste bought the Carroll Shelby Engine Company from Carroll in 2011. The entire company has gone thru significant transformation since the purchase & now produces the top rated high-performance engines cast & built right here in the USA.
