Not to be a buzzkill or spoil the fun... but a significant amount of that record was bogus.
Since that date, i have filtered and blocked the spam, zombies, bots, snots and automated hack scripts that constantly bombard most all web domains... and look like users.
...when in reality, many are automated programs trying to access backstage, trying thousands of passwords a minute...
They now hit a brick wall.
But.. let's load test and go for a good number of real log-ins.

You will notice that the most online ever keeps changing even to a lower number than posted before. Not sure what is in the software that resets this counter. Keep track of these things and other sites using the same software do the same which makes comparison difficult over time.
