I have a new fellow in my neighborhood that moved here to NC from California that worked at Shelby at that time. He's never seen the picture but he was telling me the story about this car almost falling off the truck. He was there when it happened. His name is Steve Chiles if anyone out there remembers him. He remembered working on the 65s.

Ask your neighbor if he remembers how many swear words in a row the Old Man used when he heard about (or saw) that off-trailer excursion.
