Title: WTB 65 Grille Running Horse Clips
Post by: mygt350 on November 25, 2019, 01:11:09 PM
Any idea where I can locate couple clips to hold the "running horse" to the front honeycomb grill on a 65 Tribute? All I have found are way too large for the two small prongs on the emblem. Just need the darn clips...
Thanks
Martin

Hi

See Virginia Classic Mustang for part number  ER261 66 GT 350 GRILL EMBLEM CLIP SET for the tiny clips or link below.  I am assuming the tiny clips are the same for 1965.  I am not sure about the bracket part.  This kit is for the 66 Mustang grill.  Others members will be able to advise on the bracket part.

Best of luck

Cory

I ordered that specific item from Michelle at VCM and did not remember seeing the 3 really small clips in the bag, just the 3 larger pieces. I need to take a closer look.
Thanks Cory

I bought mine from Cobranda. Their part number is EHW1 and consists of a kit of 3 x plates and 3 x clips.
