I think Branda had one for sale not too long ago.  You might want to contact them and ask.

There was more than one version of the 'Flat Tail Light Panel', but the majority were the same and probably what your looking for.
When was your car completed by Shelby American?

Branda does sell the early version like the very early - flat and no upper lip. Part #STLP2

They also sell a later version, more "appropriate" for the majority of '67's Part #STLP1

(they offer a 3rd version which is not correct for any original Shelby - good for recreations or Eleanor's.)

That 3rd version Branda sells with the 'built in buckets' would help to stop fumes from entering the interior,
BUT, as JD said not correct for any factory built '67 Shelby. (It's probably one of the best idea's from the '68's)
