Does anyone have an authentic Carroll Shelby signed glove box or wood grained dash piece for a 1968 Shelby GT500 for sale?
I didn't know anyone wanted them anymore. I won't put the one I have in my car. It's the principle.
I had my car signed back in 1987 by him personally, right on the hood. I sold the car later, for school, (stupid idea), and the new owner buffed it off.

why is an originally signed glovebox so mocked?
i have one yet im hesitant to install it.
Its like the prettiest girl in the room that SHARTS herself, everyone backs up and keeps there distance. :-[
really? what does that even mean? so Shelby sold his signature for a health charity as i understand it.
I have a signed glove box door and I love it. Remember, there are no more and when you take your car to a car show, everyone loves it. Remember, it's your car so do what pleases you.
Cheers,
Steve
i do think the reproduction ones done by autopen should prob be designated somehow. possibly by placing a small TM(trademark) at the end of the signature.
