Bought mine Hertz in 1974, still own it. Have thought about selling and buying a newer one(GT500KR, 2009, Silver Blue Stripes, or a 16 Hertz). I was 22 and it was 2K. Have had a lot of fun, but it is just crazy driving it on the road, people get real close to you. Dream Cruise on Woodard, a guy asked me why are you driving it, I don't like looking at it in my garage...

I like the 2009 500KR, silver and blue stripes. That's the one I would buy. Now I am just stuck with a 66 Hertz that I bought in 1974. 30 footer, and I do drive it as much as possible

I own #818, bought in 1974.. overrides. Numbers match engine, don't know about the trans, or rear en. Its a driver 50 footer, have a lot of fun. 78K miles. FYI do you have a metal hood

I just saw Mecums semi on I-75 an M-59 Pontiac Mi, going north on 75. It had 65 Shelby pictures on the sides. Someone is getting a car
