I knew someday someone would want these.
I have a pair left over from when I parted out
#02696 a 68 500 convertible 20 years ago.
Ends are cut off but original tags are still on there.

decklid for $2,200.

Put the top halfway up and stop. Go back and zip up window (easy to do because you will have a lot of slack) then complete raising the top.
Always worked for me.
