Does anyone have any photos of a 65 gt350 with a hood prop rod? Also looking for a photo of how they retained the prop rod when it was down (keeping it from bouncing around while driving). Thanks

1965 GT350/R-Model / R-Model Aviaid Oil Pan

I have noticed some r-model Aviaid oil pans have the drain bung and oil temp probe port on the backside of the pan (facing the rear of the car) while other cars had them on the front side (towards the front of the car). Which one is correct? Is there an advantage or cons by having the drain bung and oil temp on the backside vs the front? TIA
