In the Lenny Shabes story, Carroll’s name wasn’t even spelled right. Spelling in that story was:
Caroll,  missing an “R”.

And misspelled more than once🙄

Eric,

Go to these kind of shows to have fun, talk to other Shelby/Mustang enthusiast and eat you a funnel cake ;D

BTW, you have an AWESOME Shelby.....500 and a convt to boot?....NIIICE 8)

I always had a soft spot for the '79 Pace car and the 78 King Cobra ;D

Yes you're right. I just looked at a 390 fork I have lying around . Sorry. I got that part number number off the Coralsnake site. But the '68 GT500 fork I'm pretty sure has a part number on it that's different from the Cobra Jet fork which is C8OE-7515-D. I had one but I didn't take a picture of the part number before I sold it. But did the correct for '67 fork have a C7 part number stamped on it?
Assemblyline 67 500 fork is unmarked with the big bearing clutch fork end. So it's safe to say, it is not C7 marked.

That should be C8OA-7515-D, which is the engineering number with the PN being C8OZ-7515-D.

Fake bids on a photocopy?
Remember Pete, you said fake bids here first on reply #3.

All I was saying is "Who's making the FAKE BIDS? and THAT was phrased in a form of a question also.

And I never said you were accusing anyone, Seller, bidders or the like.

All I said is we are just here to learn. What are you talking about “accused”?

Nobody here said you did.

Stay Covid safe.

Pete
Yes obvious 🙄 I understood the manual.

What are you talking about the fake bids?  Who’s making the fake bids? Friends, family, associates? And how do you support your claim?

That’s what I was talking about.

And just like Rukiddin, we’re here to learn.

Seems it's rapidly going up in $$.  And has only been on eBay less than 24 hrs.

Well done, but truth is we really don't have to worry about our kids stealing our classics and going for a joy ride, none of them can drive manual transmissions, and most don't have licenses anyway!

And most aren't interested.

I could live without the shaker, but it needs the "Hockey-Stick" stripe!        ;)

     Scott.
Anesthetics are what doctors use for numbing  ::)
