Gave up on the search.  Found one company that was high and no guarantee that it will look like the original.  Went the hand stamp route but do not like the way it came out.  Thank everyone for the suggestions.

My original Shelby VIN plate is missing does anyone know where I can have one made up?  Tony Branda has the plates but will not stamp them.

On 6S521 I have a woodgrain panel is that the panel that came with the car?

On 6S521 has dog leg override.  Shaved fine thread bolts on the rear axle.  The bolts on the floor mounted brackets were missing alone with the brackets that were ripped out of the floor.  I purchased new brackets that came with Course threaded bolts.

Thank you everyone for offering the advice. I have been restoring this trying to keep this as original as possible I will be leaving the slag even though it looks bad.

Yes you are correct this is 6S521.  And looking at the pictures provided I see the cable attached to the eye bolt, I have the eye bolt but not the cable could you provide me with he purpose of the cable and what does the other end hook to.
