Hi Every one. We finally got SFM6S 550 out to Reno this year for Hot August Nights this year. Just wondering if any one has pics of it. It was parked on Virginia ave. both Friday and Saturday in front of the Silver Legacy, and cruised  both of those nights. I've owned 6S550 since August of 1967.  I bought it when Hertz turned them back to Ford and they sold them as used cars. That makes me the only person to actually own the car.  Ron

Boss 302 was a fun car. Had some Chttps://www.saacforum.com/Smileys/default/sad.gifhevy Z28's who had to find out just how fast it was. I've owned my 1966 Shelby Hertz since August 1967. Since; Hertz had them leased from Ford, I'm the only owner the car has ever had. Most of my racing with the Shelby were races on the highway. It had a 3,25 ratio rear end in it, so would run faster in 3rd,,than 4th. It now has the correct rear end installed. It is still wicked fast Ron

Was talking to Jay Talbot at the Shelby Museum get together about why the club quit sending out member T shirts and the small member plaques (these were about 1 inch by 3 inches. I'm just how many members are interested in receiving these, and how much would you be willing to pay for them. I would pay $20 for the shirt and up to $3.50 for a plaque.  Ron

I'm going to replace my tail shaft seal on my T-10 transmission, and am wondering if it is the same as a Ford toploader.      Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Ron

I'm thel owner of 6s550, and looked for a rebuild kit for over a year. No luck.  My advice would be to contact Mico and buy their latest replacement master cylinder.k  Ron
