That's a legitimate gripe right there!  I know I'm suspicious of relisted cars, but I also know that buyers like to play games at the expense of the seller.  I sold one car on BaT and when the buyer won the auction, he started discussions on how to arrange an inspection to see if he wants to buy the car.  As if he thought he won the right of first refusal with his winning bid!  I got BaT involved right away and we put pressure on the buyer to complete the transaction on the car and got it done.  I was worried there for a while.  I think I escaped a bad outcome.

BaT should not be allowed to keep their collected bidders fees on transactions that aren't completed.  This should go (in part) to the seller and BaT should be doing a better job of protecting sellers and not just their own interests.  I still think it's a great place to sell and buy cars, though.  Especially now during COVID.  They are going to take a HUGE chunk from the big guys and the big guys are going to lose a lot of clients to BaT for the long haul after this all clears up.

I read this a couple times, and can't quite understand what you are trying to convey.  I'm interested in your thoughts and was hoping you could clarify.  Are you saying that the auction venues are lacking variety or the opposite?

Thanks for all the work you have done over the years Dan.  It's much appreciated.  I wasn't there last year.  However, I attend all sorts of local shows as both a spectator and entrant.  I've seen things that boggle the mind that owners do in an attempt to manipulate voting results so they can get a lousy trophy.  I've seen this at our own SAAC convention as well...people trading tickets with each other without even seeing the cars....Would anything prevent a trophy hunter from simply putting all 25 of his top 25 tickets into his own envelope?

I read the ad copy to likely mean the title says "exempt" where the mileage is usually indicated.  This is the case for all title transfers in MN when the vehicles are over 20 years old. 

Ford is calling this a Mustang, because they know we will hate them using this name and blow up the internet with this new car of theirs.  Easy, free publicity.  Now everybody knows Ford is building an electric car to compete with Tesla.  That would not happen by calling it a Freestar.
