« on: March 14, 2021, 10:11:29 PM »
Hi Chris, if it helps any, my #772 car with a February completion has 1 phillips head screw per side and they are mounted toward the bottom of the cap right above the lower valance.  The later cars I have 1665, 2310, and 2585 all have 3 Phillips screws per side.

Maybe others will chime in with what their earlier cars may have.

Congrats!!  #2645 looks to be a very nice find and a very original car.  You can restore them as many times as you want, but they’re only original once!  Good luck and have fun with it.

Hi Rod,
Congrats on owning #0036 for 50 years!!  That is definitely something to boast about!!

I'd love to see a write up and vintage pics on your history with #36.  I've seen your car at a few shows over the years and always admired it.  Very Cool!!

Regards,
George
