   I learned a few years ago to sit in a place where  the TV & a Computer are side by side while watching the auctions. The computer doesn't give you the coverage TV does, at least you get to see the cars you wanted to.... 8)

You can also stream the live broadcast on your computer while looking at upcoming lots on a separate tab (while at work  ;D).

Which begs the question:

I wonder what a complete car is worth?

We'll get another view of the '65 GT350 market when 5s555 crosses the block at BJ. Not sure that is a "complete" car though.

Still waiting in Canada.  ::)

Most people I know have switched to "Wordle".  ;D

Some really nice cars crossing the block this year at both venues. Thanks for taking the time to put these lists together.

Up For Auction / Re: 6S406 - Bring A Trailer

"The car is said to feature a 1965-style GT350 suspension setup with Koni shocks and override traction bars as well as upper control arms with lower mounting points compared to later 1966 models."

Given this, the car's stance appears to sit high with some rake. Most '65s I've seen (including my own) sit quite a bit lower with the tires inside the wheel wells and no appearance of rake. Can this be adjusted to owner preference?

I believe Adamson Ford were the Shelby dealer in Birmingham "back in the day". They are the listed dealer for my '65 GT350.

Just sold for $455K. Pretty solid money for a car with some day 2 mods!

Interesting that someone would install a fold down rear seat and get rid of the package tray & spare tire configuration. It's such a feature of these cars.

There's also the purely financial consideration - to take #775 and bring it up to #706's level would require a high level restoration. Taking it to a reputable shop could easily get up into 6 figures, eating up most of the difference in the respective sales prices achieved. Your giving most, if not all that extra revenue to the resto shop. Like others, I prefer some Day 2, authentic looking and tastefully done mod's even if that means your car is not worth as much as a concourse level trailer queen. Different strokes I guess!

Saw something that said she had a 1965 Shelby.. this was on the internet so not sure if true or not..... any information?

Last car listed in her collection.

Interesting. I'm just having difficulties picturing Dianne Feinstein driving a car with no power steering or brakes, never mind pushing down the heavy clutch on a '65 GT350! Every time I take mine out my left leg gets a workout.
