I have the same gun...was having issues with lack of volume, I was running regulated at 80 psi. Sounds like I am running to low of pressure.  Will try it non- regulated...thanks for the help

Brant sells the correct bushing for original idler arms, may be the same for Reproduction

I used Jim Cowels headers and Scott Fullers H Pipe and exhaust system on my 66 and all fit perfectly.  Scott has told me he is making headers for 65/66, I have not seen them.
