The Headquarters Hotel for SAAC-43 is the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County
and their address is 101 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, CA 94903.

We used this same hotel for SAAC-35 in 2010. It is where the dinner will be on Saturday night and it's pretty easy to get to the track. SAAC will provide night security at this hotel only.

Before you make your reservations, if you would like any information on the rooms or the hotel amenities go to the hotel's web site    Don't try to make your reservations on this URL.

1. If you wish to make your reservations electronically, go to this web site: SAAC-43 Hotel Reservations.

2. If you would rather make your reservations on the phone, the number to call is: (800)-HILTONS

3. Our Group Code is: SAC

4. If you are checking in early or leaving late our block dates are the nights of August 1 - August 5.

5. No matter what is says on the forms, all SAAC reservations get free parking (normally $7/night).

6. The rooms are all suites. Here are the rates.
     Standard King Suite:                                     $215 plus taxes/night
     Standard Double Queen Suite:                     $245 plus taxes/night
     Extra persons in room:                                 $15 each adult/night

7. You must stay at least both Friday and Saturday nights to get these prices.
