This photo was on the old forum, the '68 in the front, Cobra, Boss 9, and others in the back ground, not sure if they were all his ?

Yes all cars in pic were his. Car on the left is the one on the trailer, CSX3201 in the middle, KK1660 on the right (which I now own). I think it's the blue KR & 66 Hertz in the background

He towed the Cobra to SAAC convention in LA with same KR. Late 70's early 80's?

The ultimate enthusiast he was!!!

Wayne Curry towing a 68 GT-500 with a 4 speed KR.
I believe that was the pair I saw at a SAAC show in Deaborn in the 80s?

Yes that would have been Wayne, he never missed a convention.

Ford GT / Re: New Ford GT to have a V8?

Shelbymann1970 this is Wayne Curry sometime in the 80's I think. 4 speed KR towing GT-500. Both cars are still local to me, Wayne passed away in 99. He also towed CSX3201 to LA with same car!

I am assuming these were the cars you saw.

I agree, we need a separate "checkered flag" section it's too hard to find those who have passed in the lounge area

Just popular vote/display only type stuff at shows, but I drive the hell out of it!
A few wins at the stoplight drags  ;)

It is so awesome that you are helping Hunter out, Ed! Chris certainly valued & appreciated your expertise and friendship, it is great to help Hunter carry the legacy on, he certainly has his plate full.

RIP Chris

TTT for those that didn't hear about him. Thanks for opportunity to post here, but it would be nice to have a separate checkered flag forum (similar to the Boss 302 forum) so those that we have lost will not eventually scroll off into space.
Please??

Thanks for posting Bob. Chris will always be sorely missed by everyone that knew him, such a unique individual.

My car is KK1660, has not been restored. Could use it but that's for the next guy, I like to drive the hell out of it!

I have owned this car since 1984, can't bear the thought of some else driving it!!! Plus its not particularly rare or valuable, I have always told my wives to bury me in it!
