I believe there may be some sarcasm present when someone said they have theirs already.

.... or he has it mixed up with his 2020 Annual ?

It looks like you even went to the trouble of lining up the Magstars and the knock off .......

When I bought my GT350, it had been color changed to Raven Black by the PO in about 2009 and I had full intentions on taking it back to Lime Gold since the car is all original sheet metal being it had been in the panhandle of FL and So Cal all it's life. I have lived with it because it was done so very well.

Fast forward.... yesterday I stopped at a fellow members new garage..... (BTW Fran, breathtaking !) and he has a Boss 302 in Lime Gold. Obviously painted with modern 2 stage paint and clear coat...... WOW did it look good.

Now my head is messing with me..... and it didn't help that my wife saw it too .....

I, from 1st hand experience, support Bob's advice. After waiting for about 6 weeks for an earlier SAAC Annual, or Registry, I contacted Jay to let him know I didn't get it. He sent the Annual or the Registry and included a note addressing the situation, and I expect you will receive the same level of service. Jay does a great job supporting this club.

Steve

Thank you for your kind words, Bob and Steve. We want every current member to receive the Annual in great condition, and we always address issues that are brought to our attention. Due to Covid-19, our crystal ball has been foggy, and we are not able to discern who received an Annual in good condition, and who did not. We are leaving it to you to let us know when an Annual arrives damaged.

Write me at membership@saac.com, include your name and correct mailing address and we will remedy the issue.

Thanks for your support of SAAC.
Regards,
Jay Talbott
SAAC Membership Director

Jay and supporting cast,

Thank you all very much.

Replaced some old soft cracked rubber front end bushings with new black polyurethane and added 3 gallons of 110 octane. Now I'm ready for a couple more items on my list.

Yeah... it figures. Mine will be the only one.

Not exactly the point I was referring to...... mine was received DESTROYED.

You can't blame the USPS as much as the wafer thin, no protection bag it was sent in.......
#222
Anybody receive theirs in the mail yet ?

I just got mine..... its destroyed.

This article was posted May 27 earlier this year, and commented on many times.

Thanks to all that have responded.

I have been using a ZDDP additive on all 3 of my cars, with 3 different viscosities that they require. 10W30 in the GT350, 10W40 in the L-72 and 20W50 in the Duetto.

I know easier is not always better.... maybe I should just stick to what I have been doing in the past.
