Here's my C60A with 3360/3361 carbs.  The intake was in very bad shape when I found it so I sent it to Jim Cowles for clean up. I'm gonna rebuild the carbs this week and hopefully have it in the car by mid July.  Been reading all your previous threads on tuning and such.  You, Randy and others have dumped a ton of great info into this forum and I for one totally appreciate all of it

Just got this intake back from Jim yesterday and thought I would post a before and after.  First time doing business with him and am extremely happy with the result!!!  Will most definitely be a return customer.   Thanks again!

I remember him discovering this on barn find hunter.  Very cool car!

Looking for a passenger side Cobra Open letter Buddy Bar valve cover.  Hoping someone out there has a single they would part with.

Thanks!

I see you've got what looks like curious George on in the background to keep the assistant happy. Well done

I am pretty sure there's an old thread from last year where Randy said has done a side by side comparison with the blue thunder and the T/A and there was significant difference.  Here is the C6OA that I have with 1850's on it.

I have a chance to purchase a 289 Cobra 2x4 intake with carbs. Carbs are 3258S and 3259S. Does not have correct fuel log. Carbs likely need rebuilt but recently came off running engine. Any thought on current value much appreciated.

The T/A style with rounded runners is the most desirable and best performing of the small block 2x4 intakes. The TA intake commands much more money than the other versions.   If this lead you have is the same one I saw recently out there in internet land, then it seems IMHO to be alittle steep on price for what it is.

I have a 289 2x4 T/A intake that is missing the back carburetor.   Looking for just the back carb, but I will take a set of carbs if needed to make the deal.  May have some good trade bait if anyone has what I am looking for.

Thanks,

James
