Big heads up if you are relocating to Florida, so you won't drown once you get here.
Your realtor won't tell you this but I will.
Because I have been "Freely sharing information since 1999"
When you buy your house, you will come in and the first year will be a "BYE"
You will pick up the previous owners taxes and insurance costs.
I. E.
Previous owner purchased home for $200,000
His taxes are +/- $3,500 / 4,000
His insurance was +/- $4,000 / 5000
Your first year wil be the same.
Year two new (get ready) assessment, you will receive from your city or county a new tax based on your purchase price.
Lets say it at $500,000 that's for a two or three bedroom home (nothing fancy)
Your new taxes should be + / - $10,000
Your insurance should be around $8,000 to 10,000 that's if you have hurricane windows, doors and your roof is not over 20 years old.
So it's going to be about $10K per year if you are on a dry lot.
If you are on or near the water, then expect your rate to go up to $15 / 20,000 per year.
Make sure your new castle has ALL permits closed and if in a H. O. A. it has no violations, dues paid up or outstanding items needed to be closed prior to you taking over. You will inherit those.
Second topic will be the heat, humidity, flooding, hurricanes, mosquitoes, snakes, cockroaches, bugs, spiders, crocodiles, alligators, caymans, iguanas, bears, panthers, tourists, traffic, tolls, crime, we the people....Enjoy !

It is with profound sadness that the family of BLUE SHELBY announce his peaceful passing at the age of 53 years.
BLUE SHELBY succumbed to a very terrible fire.
He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers RED SHELBY GT500 1969, SHELBY 2007 GTH, SHELBY 2013 S.S. and SHELBY 2016 GTH
BlUE SHELBY started its life as a Black Jade convertible, on or around 1972 its owner transformed it in to a lovely redhead. It's current owner added this fascinating Grabber Blue to contrast its factory white guts
BLUE SHELBY will also be dearly missed by his friends at FL SAAC, Muscle Stangs of Miami, South Florida Mustang Club, Florida Cobra Club, South Florida A.A.C.A and Florida A.A.C.A.
Instead of flowers please make a donation or contribution directly to our national S.A A.C.

Not a fan of these movies but I was coaxed to go see it
First remember this is a movie, its entertainment, not a documentary, not historical, its fun.....let's go.
Great Acton, story , epic bad guy and a fantastic ending (it was an avengers like ending) It will have your heart pumping. Make sure you stay around for the mid credit scene as the best and biggest surprise comes there. Just turn your brain off and enjoy it it for what the fast franchise is - an enjoyable non stop action movie meant to entertain us which it definitely did with lots of surprises and twists. Cant wait for the next 2 parts trust me you will want to watch them straight away , that ending levels your heart pumping

Why does this happen all the time ?
You are at a stoplight or at a car show or in a parking lot or getting gas or broken down, well you get it.
You look around and you see a car or a truck or a bike painted in gray / grey.
You say to yourself why, why, why !
They put plenty of thought into the options, ac, ps, cruise, pw, auto or manual, cloth or leather, stripes, wheels, hard top or convertible, engine size etc.
But they just could not decide on a "color" so they ordered it in "primer" with a clear coat.
Why, why, why !
You are at a stoplight or at a car show or in a parking lot or getting gas or broken down, well you get it.
You look around and you see a car or a truck or a bike painted in gray / grey.
You say to yourself why, why, why !
