Bob
I remeasured the rad core width, 20-1/8" wide
Original rad to the car, not sure what else to look for?
I did a search here about rad hoses, but nothing previous comes up.

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / GT 350 Rad Hoses

Im trying to identify the correct upper Rad hose for my 67 GT350. I got the kit from Marti Auto a few years ago and the top hose I had to stretch to get it in place, so there is no sharp 90 going to the Rad connection.
I clearly ordered for the application and now he says I got the 65-67 289 hose .
Then Theres one for 20" Rad and 24" Rad , I told him it's a 20" original factory radiator, but he's still asking should they cut the one end shorter, how would I know that? I would have thought they should know what hose goes to the application.
Has anyone here had this same experience and got the correct hose?

There can be up to as much as 6-7 months that the carb date precedes the cars build date at SA
Just something to consider.
0024 & 0031 (67's)both have their original carbs of 633
I also have a 70' Boss 302 with its original carb and it's date is 6-7/months prior to the cars build date.
Hope that helps.

Isn't there just a thin type of flap or something that gives the horn it's activation?
I'm pretty sure they're very simple inside

I know it's a big want, but I'll throw it out again if anyone has an original LH Black Deluxe 67 door panel in nice condition that they would be willing to sell. The interior is all original except for carpet and headliner, I've always held off replacing the door panels hoping a driver side would one day present itself. Let me know if you have such a piece, it would be one more piece of the puzzle checked off.

Thanks Bob, yes mine on 0031 are the solid Blue butt connectors.
#52
We're they used on very early double digit cars?

Lois would also ask for a Vin rubbing as proof of ownership, I think I provided that along with a copy of bill of sale and title once.

Was there any mention of a cutout/knockout in the LH upper corner of the rad support for the Paxton?
And Voltage Regulator screw holes on the left front apron, unless that apron was completely removed?

I don't believe I have excessive under hood temperatures, so far I've followed through with the information supplied from Dan Case and achieved instant results, I still need to check initial timing and will report back once that's done.

JD
Are you saying large diameter hood springs for early steel frame hoods?

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / 289 Hipo Crossovers

Has anyone here covered or plugged the crossovers on their factory intake on the small blocks? Could the crossovers make that much extra heat to cause a perculation senario?
Would there be many or few out there including 65/66's that have done the same?
I'm trying to eliminate why my 67 is getting fuel dripping down onto the secondaries after parking the car and it sits for about half an hour or so, the fuel then runs out each side of the butterfly shaft and drips onto the intake, only doing this on the rear barrels, no issue on the front ones.
I pulled the rear bowl off today and the float is set at 1/2"
Checked fuel pump pressure and it's 5-6 psi.

Still looking, anyone?
