Hi All,
New owner of 66 GT350 6S2228 that was originally purchased at Young Motors in Charlotte. Would like to put vintage plate frames on the car.

Thanks so much,

1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Introduction and a question

Hello All,
Long time lurker first time post. After being on my bucket list for over 35 years, I finally purchased a GT350. As a young man, one of my co-workers had (and still has) a Ď65 GT350. I was a Camaro/Corvette guy at the time and the ribbing back and forth was constant :) . We have remained friends and he helped me with the purchase on this car.
It is 6S2228, Sapphire Blue 4 speed car. Originally a stripe delete, 10 spoke but the stripes were added during a repaint in the 80ís. A T-5 was installed by the previous owner. Both the T-10 and 10 spokes are in the garage. The car also came with chrome Magnums and Torq Thrust.... too many choices

I do have a question that I canít find during a search. What is the correct bulb for the tach? The one I pulled out was burned out and Iím not sure it is correct. I replaced it with a 1895 (same as dash bulbs) ad was so dim I couldnít see anything. I donít want to put the wrong bulb in for fear of damaging the tach.

Looking forward to being part of this great community,
