5s327 and 6s018 (factory drag cars) both have original balancers and are also degreed but not as much as the SAI race ones. I don't know if Ritchey did them in house or sent them out

Little rubber cone was also painted, nuts for rubber pad are gold dichromate and unuts are phosphated. Other attaching screws and bolts are gold dichromated.

They were also red primed before painting so back side should show significant amount of that

Because assembly line gaskets have unique shapes that are noticeable when installed. He may being doing Div 1 thing. They generally work fine injunction with a sealer

Hoses from rear block go to,
Tilt= larger hose w' green/white stripe
Vacuum tree and tee to distributor retard side=red stripe
smog cannister=black hose
I know you have a 4 speed so that's what I listed, auto different
