I would think they would hit the "easy button" and just use what is on the previous title.  Mine is titled as a Mustang and I'm good with that.  It does have its benefits, and I'll leave it at that.

Regardless of how you get it titled,  LET'S SEE SOME PICTURES MIKE!!!

Seems a little self serving to post this the day after you list every piece of fiberglass you own!!

"Are you sure you want to do that?" comes up almost every time I post.  And "BaT is reviewing your comment", too

I'm not sure I would call that quarter panel replacement job a "very professional job".  At least it was an NOS panel.

I would think the car would be kinda squirrely on the road with the shock towers weakened like that.

I was going to drill the small holes from the inside of the valve cover, but didn't feel comfortable with locating the holes correctly. I knew I wanted new brackets and filler tube and got them from Jim Cowles (RIP).  Check with Jesse before trashing your originals.  Then grab it with vise grips and yank away.  Once you get them up a little, you can get under the heads with some flush cut dykes.  Pry against the brackets, not the aluminum.

I had a friend that did powder coating do mine with wrinkle black powder.  I used a 36" belt sander with a new 60 grit belt to get the thick off then switched to a worn out belt to finish them.  I found that using a soft pad under the belt made it work better.  Otherwise, you take of a lot of material trying to get it to clean up.

Seems like a lot of the Frank Tiegs cars are restored with donor bodies!!  Grabber Green Boss 429 too.  And went for $260+fees

Yes, looks like this.  I don't know if it is exactly the same as the 65-68 one listed.

1966 Shelby GT350/GT350H / Re: Engine color

I used the Eastwood epoxy.  Color is good, might be a little shiny for some.  Seems to hold up well.

Seller probably timed the listing so if there are big numbers realized at Mecum or Barrett-Jackson 405K will seem like a bargain.  Seems like there're a lot of 66 dated parts on this one.

I'm an Energizer guy myself.  Hopefully, that thing doesn't leak oil like Duracells leak their fluid!   ;D

The Goodyears did cause many of these to be wrecked.  The pictures of this car seems to show Potenzas.  Lack of talent, common sense or respect on this one most likely.

Thanks Bill.  Just seems like a lot of money for an AM radio, plus the seller's claim of it being a factory AM/FM.  You could fill the tank 8-10 times for the price of that AM radio.

The seller did post an invoice in the comment section from one month after the car was sold stating AM/FM radio not working.

I'm not well versed in 67s.  What is the consensus on the AM/FM claim?  All I see is Shelby invoice showing radio for $47 and change.  Seems a little high for an AM.  Another sheet shows options of Mag Stars and AM/8track.  I don't recognize the form.  Then there's an early repair for AM/FM not working.  It's dated 7/31/67, car was sold 6/20/67.
