Thanks everyone, non AC car so no louvers, still looking :)  I thought at what point there was a reproduction that was hand made, identical to original. and passed as concours.  I must have been mistaken, not in Europe :)

Looking for preferably original or one of the concourse reproduction hoods for 1967 Shelby, all fiberglass for the later Shelby's. I have GT350 number 2229 and the hood is pretty rough, thanks in advance!!

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / Re: 1967 GT500 2107

Thank you so much!! Such a shame, the car was sold at one time at the Russo  auction and some original documents and the owners manual that was with the car got separated. Hope to 1 day reunite them :)

1967 Shelby GT350/500 / 1967 GT500 2107

I have been the owner of 2107 for a years, spend a lot of time reading the forums but do not post much.  The car was originally a Sud car from Canada and has a detailed owner history. I have been fortunate enough to speak to all the owners except for the original owner who is listed as M. Archanbault from Quebec. I know it is a long shot but curious if anyone knows anything about him or how to get in contact with relatives. Just would like to continue documenting the history.

Also, the car was shown at World of Wheels in Edmonton in 1987 and won best of show, looking for any documentation from it also. At that time it was featured in a magazine, documentation says Road and Track, but not sure.

Thanks in advance for any help or leads!!

I am the luck owner of a 1967 GT500, it is number 2107 and is listed on the registry . I have the owner history and have spoken to everyone who has owned it except for M Archanbault who was the original owner and purchased at Sud Auto in Quebec.

I am curious if anyone knows the car, it was at World of Wheels in Canada and made it to the US in 2006 at at Russo and Steele auction. The seller of car at the auction had the original manuals and some pictures, but the purchaser never received them. My guess is they are out there somewhere, just trying to locate it and get any history on the original owner.

Thanks in advance

Up For Auction / Wayne Davis collection Mecum Dallas
October 12, 2020, 11:07:18 AM
I saw the Dallas Mecum auction had multiple Shelby's. Curious opinions on the condition and level of accuracy based on the listings. Not sure who does his restorations, but quite an impressive collection at a glance. Most are form the Wayne Davis collection. Thanks in advance

Missed this auction, curious if anyone saw the car, looks good form the few pics and went for a fair price. Always wanted a Raven Black 1968 with a 4 speed, sorry I missed it. Apologize if there is a thread on this already
