Is this a new diaphragm type clutch - not the 3-finger (original) type?
Seems there was a thread (I looked but didn't find it) regarding the issue you are describing when installing a diaphragm type, hopefully others will comment or find the thread(s)...

Another great issue, glad these are done.
(one quick note, page 14 the light color car in the video is really a Bronze car, easy to mistake it as Lime Gold in some of the video's circulating - they seem to have a significant amount of color degradation.
