GT40 - Original/Mk V / Random Ford GT-original & Mk. IV photos

GT40 in the snow at Niagara Falls, I think on the American side ? We see some British cars in the background, from the left, a light blue and black Sunbeam Alpine, a black Austin or Morris 1100, and the two tone car is also English, I think ?

CSX 2000 Series / Cobra vs Corvette...Car Life Magazine, August '64
« on: November 17, 2018, 10:08:10 PM »
There was another thread on the forum where a '67 GT500 was tested against a '67 427 Corvette.
This is along the same lines, but 289 Cobra versus 327 fuel injected Corvette.
The Cobra is quicker, but has a definite weight advantage.

Vintage Shelby Related Literature and Collectibles / Kelsey Hayes decal
« on: September 01, 2018, 10:31:49 PM »
Does anyone have a clear image of this Kelsey Hayes Brakes decal ? It appeared on a number of cars like the Comstock Mustangs, and on Bob Johnson's Falcon that ran at least one Trans Am race in '67 (photo below from Lime Rock) it's on the lower left on the front fender.. awhile back on the old forum someone was looking for it as well.

The two images below show the decal, one I blew up, sorry for the fuzziness   ::)  the other just for reference of the Falcon.

(photo from the REVS site, not sure of the photographer)
